During his first 18 years in the energy industry, he developed an in-depth knowledge of green companies and sectors, as well as an aptitude for talent scouting.

His knowledge of the sector is enriched by his roots as a farmer, which constantly brings him back to the reality on the ground in areas facing environmental and energy transition.

In 2016, he became the founder and CEO of borea, a recruitment agency specialising in renewable energy, focusing on the needs and specificities of an industry undergoing rapid change.
